Consent
8th Element sports & Exercise massage clinic, requires all clients to complete and sign a Health Check form during the consultation period of their first session.
All information provided is strictly confidential and 8th Element will be the only party whom had access to it.

8th Element has taken the utmost care in the preparation of information within this website. References for literature are available on request; however, no part of this website may be reproduced.
Any information, advice, recommendations, statements or otherwise, contained herein, or in any other communication made by 8th Element, is not intended to replace or be a substitute for medical advice.
8th Element sports & Exercise massage clinic makes no guarantees, warranties, either expressed or implied, in respect to treatment, therapies or applications provided. Neither shall 8th Element be held liable for any direct or indirect, compensatory, consequential, special, exemplary or any and all damages arising there from.
Cancellation Policy
A 75% refund will be provided for all cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event start time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the event will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the total invoice for that day.
Cancellations received 24 hours or less before a confirmed event are not eligible for a refund.
Client Information
8th Element massages and/or health checks received are provided with the highest professional standards.
As part of massage, a certain degree of disrobing and re-robing are required, and that there are professional and ethical methods used to eliminate exposure and/or embarrassment. These methods will be explained to you/the client, prior to treatment. These techniques may need to be implemented during the treatment at any time; however the therapist will always inform you at these times.
If you/the client, experience any pain or discomfort during this session, you/the client must immediately inform the therapist so that the pressure or strokes may be adjusted accordingly.
You/the client further understand that 8th Element treatments are not a replacement for medical or psychological care and that any information provided is not prescriptive or diagnostic in nature.
Because 8th Element treatments performed under certain medical conditions can cause an ill effect on yourself/the client, you must affirm that you have stated all my known medical conditions under the ‘Contraindication’ section within the 8th Element health check (View Contraindications), and answered all questions honestly, prior to the start of treatment.
You must also agree to update the therapist, as to any changes in your medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability on the practitioners part should you forget to do so.
